Just a little crazy

Hearing the thud,and Mana's pained cries,Kaoru headed towards Kyo and Mana. "He's traumatized enough as it is," he growled lowly. "Just leave him alone." The darker haired man easily pulled the blond up and shoved him aside,before moving towards Mana. "I'm so sorry,Mana." he said softly,before moving to hold him.

Mana shied away from his touch, now wanting anything to do with anyone at the moment. He just wanted to be alone. He just wanted to die. He just wanted to stop hurting and be loved. Was that really so much to ask for?

It was then that a sleep muzzed Devin stepped into the room looking grumpy. He took one look at Kyo's guilty face, Kaoru's angry and Mana grievous tear stained one before his eyes narrowed angrily and he practically roared, "What the fuck is going on in here?"

Kyo bit his lip nervously,guilt beginning to take it's toll.The blond looked over at Devin,and shrank back like a scolded child.

Kaoru stood up,and walked over to Devin,his expression one of sadness and seriousness. "Kyo didn't believe that Mana is a man," he explained. "...So he molested him." The doctor added.The darker haired man could feel the anger coming from Devin.As things were right now,though,he didn't feel bad for the blond,he had hurt Mana,after all.Kaoru took another look back at the blond,though he wasn't quite sure why.

A flash of confusion flickered across his face before anger settled there. "You stupid son of a bitch!" Devin swore at Kyo, stalking across the room. He punched him hard enough to make him lose his balance and hit the floor, clenching his fists tightly. "I told you that you need to be careful with Mana. Sh- He's delicate," he hissed at him, his eyes narrowed before he turned his back to him. It didn't matter to him what gender Mana was. Mana was still Mana- the same person he'd always been, albeit a slightly different gender now.

Devin sank to the floor in front of Mana and spoke to him in a gentle soothing voice. He told him everything out be okay and encouraged him to come out of his shell. A few minutes passed and he slowly moved a hand to the other boy and set it on his shoulder. Mana launched himself at Devin then, wrapping his arms around him and sobbing into his chest as the boy rocked him gently.

When Devin him,Kyo was caught off guard,the moment was surreal to him.A pained cry fell from his lips.His dark eyes opened,his body shaking from fear.The blond was at a loss for words; his scattered thoughts were running madly through his head.He looked over at Kaoru,his eyes holding a somewhat pleading look.

Kaoru turned his gaze to Devin. "I think it would be best if Mana were to have a different room.All of the things he has here would be the same,of course." he commented. "Would it be alright he stayed with you,Devin?" The doctor couldn't help but be pleasantly surprised with the way Man was reacting to Devin.Then again,he had been that way with Kyo not long ago...

Devin gave a small, pained sigh as he ran his hand through Mana's hair. He said nothing to the boy as he rocked him and did his best to comfort him, wondering what he'd done that would make him lucky enough to be able to touch the boy, much less wrap his arms around him and comfort him. He was startled that the boy had practically thrown himself onto him but he reasoned that it was probably the trauma of the event and the instinctive need for comfort. What person didn't want to be comforted after being terrified out of their mind? Devin turned to Kaoru when he spoke, nodding his head in agreement before he'd even finished speaking. "Of course."

Mana wasn't thinking. All he knew was that there was a comfortable warmth that enveloped him. It reminded him of how his mother had taken care of him before he'd hit puberty and of how nice and gentle she'd been then. He'd missed those day and couldn't help but drawn comfort from the closest source of safety. He knew he'd be horrified with himself later but that didn't matter right now. All that mattered was safe and that he wasn't alone.

Kyo bit his pierced lip as he watched Devin comfort Mana,jealousy and anger forming in the small blond.He moved from the floor to lay on the other bed,suddenly staring at the floor as if it were the most interesting thing in the world.Kyo seemed like quite a different person when he was pouting or brooding.

Kaoru smiled softly,relieved that Mana would be staying with Devin. "I'll make the arrangements," he said. "Now,to figure out what to do with you,Kyo." the dark haired doctor thought aloud.Another room mate? Solitary confinement? The blond chewed through most restraints,so that wouldn't work.
