That's it! Simply fill it out and post it here, or send it to an admin with the title 'REACTIVATE MAH ZOMBIE THREAD!'. We'll know what you want. :3

If for some reason the staff decides not to reactivate your thread, we will respond to you telling you so. Otherwise, we will confirm your request and move the chosen thread back to where you say it was, or where we knew it was.
